Can I make changes or cancel an order I just placed?
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. However, please note that we do not offer cancellations for orders that require engraving. If you wish to modify the engraving details, you must contact us within 24 hours at support@buddyarmor.com. If the engraving process has already started, you will need to purchase a new product and pay the difference in price. We will do our best to accommodate your request and guide you through the options available.
