The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 2 business days
Shipping time: Standard (8-15 business days depending on destination)

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Returns＋

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The return of a customized order is not allowed.

Refund＋

Refund will be processed in 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
